ReLoop Atmospheres is a collection of atmospheric loops and utilises longer evolving chromatic, cinematic loops and offers these up to the loop mangling/distorting and smearing capabilities of the loop engine.
Extending even further the powerful loop manipulation engine found in the Grid Machine Slice family, this latest iteration adds new features and facilities.
Please note you need the FULL version of Kontakt (not Kontakt player)
Also new is the ability to repitch the entire loop as it plays, thus shifting chromatic audio across 12 semi tones.
Another new addition is the Macro section. Six macro controls that you can assign to any of the pad attributes, and thus change all pads in real time – e.g. Assign Macro 1 to Envelope Attack Time AND Envelope Release Time, then change these values for all pads as the loop plays = instant rhythmic effects.
Add all this to the loop-swapping and pattern changing(loop-juggling) from p
As ever you can play loop patterns(sequences)
Also available is the "direct-play" feature, allowing users to play each pad independently, so you can play Reloop live, or record your performance and playback using your DAW. Each triggered pad plays its attached sound and its assigned controls.
As usual in this version is "Pitched Mode" play. Here you can select any single pad and ReLoop will map this across 2 octaves for you to use the sound in as a chromatic instrument.
Paired to these loop and playback capabilities is the dynamically assignable FX system with 4 insert slots for each loop, where each slot can be filled with any one of over 20 different effect
Formant mode (a set of controls to create unique audio in each pad)
Up to 8 Repeats(for variable Stutter/drills)
Reverse (play any beat backwards)
Random Slice (no two repeats of your loop will be the same)
Envelope (Attack, Hold and Decay control for each pad – allowing smoothed playback of non rhythmic material)
4 independent Sends – pointing at the FX system
Ability to select a single Loop Pad and play it chromatically (Pad mode)
